The proposed ADU, covering 600 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom, is tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of Amber and Alec. The design process will delve into their goals, ensuring the final product aligns seamlessly with their vision for a functional and aesthetically pleasing home.

The chosen site, located on the property, offers an attached ADU with street access. However, challenges arise due to the City of Carpinteria's front setback regulations. The team is actively exploring practical solutions to address this setback issue and ensure compliance with local regulations.
